Carol has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and is certified as a Personal Trainer and Bootcamp, Yoga-Fit and C.O.R.E instructor. She is also a qualified Older Adult Fitness Specialist who teaches the benefits of regular exercise and weight training for the aging body.
Carol’s Philosophy: “The human body is meant to be physically active. By incorporating exercise and proper nutrition into our lives, we are able to enhance every aspect of our physical and mental well-being. As a result, you will have more energy to enjoy life and reduce the risk of illness and disease. I live on Lake Simcoe with my two teenage daughters and we enjoy swimming, water-skiing, wakeboarding, and hiking in the great outdoors. I look forward to meeting you to help inspire, motivate and educate you. It’s not about having the time, it’s about making the time.”
