Registered Nutrition Services

Body Design understands that nutrition is an important although complex part of a healthy lifestyle and there is a huge benefit in having a registered nutritionist on your side. The nutrition program starts with a 60 minute personal assessment that includes review of a one week food diary. Food choices and eating patterns are discussed to determine simple health changes that can be immediately and easily implemented.

The next assessment is a 60 minute follow up where together, you and the nutritionist, will actively review symptoms, concerns and lifestyle to establish a highly individualized nutrition plan. You will be confident that this plan can be implemented because it was designed with you and for you!

Subsequent appointments will be 30 minutes in length and provide the following:

  • An opportunity for reflection and implementation of changes based on achievements
  • Each session offers the ability to implement small changes to ensure success
  • One-on-one time with a registered nutritionist to ask questions and receive positive motivational tips and techniques
  • Monthly healthy hints electronic newsletter to keep you informed
  • Plan modifications based on goal re-assessments

If weight loss is a goal, weigh-ins and measurements are an option.
