Join Marcie Walsom, a certified Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, as she guides you through her 30-Day Online Nutrition and Strength Challenge designed for both women and men over 40 years old.
You will develop sustainable nutrition habits, improve energy, build strength and increase your bone density. This program focuses on the power of protein, the importance of strength training, and practical strategies for maintaining muscle and overall health as we age.
Why This Program?
As we age, muscle loss, reduced metabolism, and weaker bones become major concerns. Without proper nutrition and strength training, daily activities can become harder, and the risk of falls and injuries increases.
In this Program, you will receive:
- Daily Meal Plans which focus on protein-packed nutrition – You learn how to eat for muscle maintenance and energy
- Effective “at home” video workouts with Marcie that will increase strength, improve balance, bone loss and mobility
- Daily & Weekly Challenges – Small, achievable tasks that create lasting habits
- Community & Support – You will join the Body Design Facebook group where you will receive encouragement, motivation, and be accountable
- One live, Zoom Q&A session to go over the Challenge with participants (February 15 @ 9:00 a.m.)
- Two live, Zoom, 30-45 minute workouts followed by a Q&A period (February 22 and March 1 @ 9:00 a.m.)
How Does It Work?
Participants will join the Body Design Facebook group where Marcie will be posting workshop materials (workouts, handouts, etc.) each day and engaging discussion. There will be three live Zoom calls where everyone is invited to join for Q&As and additional information shared by Marcie.
Participants will be encouraged to check into the Facebook group each day to see what has been posted for them.
Fee: $159.99 + HST
