It’s Registration Time!

…and with two new exciting classes, “Take a Hike!” and “30-minute HIIT”, there’s never been a better time to join us! With consideration for your safety, all classes will be held either live online or outdoors. Participants will receive recordings of online classes.

We have an amazing Referral Policy. If you refer someone to a yoga or fitness class and they sign up, you will earn a $10.00 gift card from the Lighthouse Cafe in Mt. Albert (we can also give you the cash if you would prefer). If you refer someone to our Personal Training Services and they sign up, you will earn $75.00 cash.

Yoga Classes*  $13.00 + HST/class
Ultimate Bootcamp Classes*  $15.00 + HST/class
Running Classes and Take a Hike!* $13.00 + HST/class
Small Group Personal Training Classes* $23.99 + HST/class

*must enrol in the entire session
Fee includes a recording of each online class

Payment Options

Body Design accepts Visa, Mastercard, Interac email money transfer and cheques.
Schedule subject to change without notice.
