It’s Time To Register for our Spring Yoga and Small Group Training classes!

Get your Yoga and Fitness Classes for free!  Check out our NEW Referral Program here!

Body Design offers fun filled, high quality Yoga and Fitness classes led by certified fitness professionals. Our classes will help you improve your current fitness level or meet your health goals in a safe and friendly environment.

All online class participants will receive access to their class recordings. All “in person” class participants will be able to make up missed classes by attending another “in person” class at any time during the Spring session.

Please note that our early bird rate registration deadline to take advantage of discounted fees is Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

Yoga & Fitness Classes: If you refer a new client (who registers for the Spring session), you will earn a 50% credit towards your Summer 2023 class registration fee. If you refer two new clients (who register for the Spring session), you will earn a full credit (100%) towards your Summer 2023 class registration fee!

Personal Training: If you’re an existing or former Personal Training client and you refer someone to our Personal Training services (and they sign up), you will receive $100 cash!

Fees and Policies

Early Bird Rate
Online Yoga Classes*  $15.00 + HST/class
In Person Yoga Classes* $16.50 + HST/class
Small Group Training Classes* $23.99 + HST/class

*must enrol in the entire session
Fee includes a recording of each online class

Payment Options

Body Design accepts Visa, Mastercard and Interac email money transfer.
Schedule subject to change without notice.

Policies

  • Late registrations will be pro-rated.
  • Body Design cannot give refunds.
