Body Design offers fun filled, high quality Yoga and Fitness classes led by certified fitness professionals. Our classes will help you improve your current fitness level or meet your health goals in a safe and friendly environment.
We are continuing to offer our Strengthen & Relax Yoga, Fundamental Yoga and Small Group Training classes online for the Fall session.
Our Essential and Feel Good Flow Yoga classes will be held “in person” at the Mt. Albert Community Centre.
All online class participants will receive access to their class recordings. All “in person” class participants will be able to make up missed classes by attending another “in person” class at any time during the Fall session.
Please note that our early bird rate registration deadline to take advantage of discounted fees is Wednesday, August 31st.

Body Design accepts Visa, Mastercard, Interac email money transfer and cheques.
