WINTER YOGA AND FITNESS CLASSES
It’s Time To Register for our Winter Yoga and Small Group Training classes!
Body Design offers fun filled, high quality Yoga and Fitness classes led by certified fitness professionals. Our classes will help you improve your current fitness level or meet your health goals in a safe and friendly environment. All online class participants will receive access to their class recordings. All “in person” class participants will be able to make up missed classes by attending another “in person” class at any time during the Winter session.
Please note that our early bird rate registration deadline to take advantage of discounted fees is Wednesday, January 3, 2024.

In this slow to moderately paced class, you will gain a new knowledge and understanding of your body. With awareness to the mind, breath and body connection, using Yoga techniques and asana you will learn how to relax, stretch, strengthen and move your body safely.

Yoga stretches are one of the best ways to begin restoring your body to better health, by improving balance, flexibility and circulation. In this class we will explore a series of gentle, low impact stretches and poses that will help loosen tense muscles, deepen your breathing and relax your mind. These stretches and postures are easy for anyone to do, because you can tailor them to meet your own body’s needs with simple modifications.
Beginner Yoga

In this slower paced Yoga class we will start by learning the proper form and technique of the Yoga postures. Throughout the class you will gain a better understanding of your body, how it works and how to move from one posture to another, fluidly and safely. With awareness to the breath and the mind body connection we will use Yoga techniques and postures to relax, stretch, strengthen and move your body safely. No previous Yoga experience needed. Participants will need a yoga mat.
Feel Good Flow

End your day with a sense of serenity as Elan guides you through a flow that will lead you into a calm and relaxed state of mind. The class will have a combination of both mobility and strength. Movements will focus on a different area of the body from week to week, targeting areas that may be a little stiff or sore. We welcome students to listen to their bodies and modify poses accordingly. Allow yourself to listen to what it is your body needs in a space free of worry.
